These Terms govern your use of the Tukkito website operated by The Purble Bird Technology. By using the website you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not create an account, place an order, or submit an enquiry. Continued use after a published update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, once a reviewed version is posted.

Tukkito is a local food-ordering platform that connects customers, restaurants, and delivery partners. The website lets customers discover approved food, sign in with a mobile OTP, add items to a cart, check out for pay-on-delivery, and view orders. Restaurant and delivery-partner onboarding is completed in the Tukkito apps; this website explains those paths and can collect an enquiry.

You must be able to enter a binding contract and provide a valid Indian mobile number for OTP. The website does not technically verify age. Eligibility rules beyond that require legal/business confirmation and are not invented here.

A customer account is created when you complete Firebase Phone OTP. You are responsible for the mobile number you use and for activity on that session. You may sign out from the header. The website does not provide a self-service account-deletion screen.

Sign-in uses Firebase Phone Authentication and invisible reCAPTCHA. Tukkito does not operate a second login system on this website. You must not attempt to bypass OTP, use another person’s number without authority, or interfere with authentication.

Discover and food pages show customer-visible catalog data from the existing Firestore foods, categories, and restaurants collections after sign-in, subject to approval and visibility rules. Some unsigned-in Discover views may show temporary preview imagery that is not live catalog data and cannot be ordered.

Menus, prices, availability, and restaurant names come from the live catalog when loaded. They can change. The website does not guarantee that every dish shown in a preview or marketing category is currently orderable.

An order is created only through the existing placeOrder Cloud Function. The website sends restaurant ID, food IDs, quantities, and delivery address. The server validates serviceability and pricing. The website does not create a separate orders database.

You must provide a complete delivery address. A pincode that is not serviceable will be rejected. Optional browser location is only used if you grant it.

Item prices and any offer prices shown on cards come from catalog data. The payable total (including any delivery fee, platform fee, and tax the Order System applies) is calculated by placeOrder, not by the browser.

Commission rates, fee schedules, and tax treatment beyond what the Order System returns are not defined on this website and are not invented in these Terms.

Website checkout is presented as pay on delivery with payment status pending until handled in the existing Order System. This website does not collect card or UPI details. Other payment methods, if any, are not configured on these pages.

After an order is accepted and progresses through kitchen statuses, delivery is arranged through Tukkito’s existing delivery-partner flow. The website can show order status. It does not promise a delivery time, distance, or rider assignment on the Discover or marketing pages.

The Order System includes cancelled statuses. Marketing copy on the Home page refers to cancelling before a kitchen accepts. The website source does not define a cancellation fee, refund window, or automatic refund process.

Cancellation and refund rules require confirmation by Tukkito’s legal/business team. Until that confirmation, do not treat any marketing sentence as a binding refund policy.

The Restaurants and Partner With Us pages describe the existing Restaurant App onboarding path (join request, review, documents, approval, live). Submitting a website enquiry does not by itself approve a restaurant or create a storefront.

Restaurant obligations, commissions, and settlement terms are not set out on this website and are not invented here.

The Delivery Partners page describes joining through the Tukkito Delivery App and lists documents that page states are collected in that app. A website enquiry is not an approval to go live.

Tukkito does not guarantee earnings, incentives, or order volume. Incentive language on the website is limited to eligible or applicable programmes.

Provide accurate address and contact information. Do not place orders you do not intend to receive. Do not misuse OTP, scrape the catalog, or interfere with other users, restaurants, or riders.

You may not use the website to break the law, impersonate others, attack or overload the service, extract data by automated means except as allowed by Tukkito, or submit false enquiries or orders.

Tukkito names, marks, website design, and Tukkito-owned photography remain Tukkito’s property. Restaurant food names, images, and menus remain the restaurant’s or their licensors’. You receive a limited permission to use the website for personal ordering and enquiry, not to copy the platform.

Firebase, reCAPTCHA, and linked social profiles are third-party services. Tukkito is not responsible for those providers’ sites or outages beyond the integration described in the Privacy Policy.

Tukkito may change, suspend, or discontinue website features, catalog visibility, or serviceable areas. The website does not warrant uninterrupted access.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tukkito is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delay or failure caused by restaurants, delivery partners, networks, or events outside Tukkito’s reasonable control. Mandatory consumer-protection rights are not excluded.

Any cap on liability requires legal confirmation and is not stated as a rupee figure here.

You agree to indemnify Tukkito against claims arising from your misuse of the website, inaccurate information you submit, or orders you place, to the extent permitted by law. The exact scope of this clause requires legal review.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India. The courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have authority.
